To Whom It May Concern:
It’s been over a year since I last published a blog. In fact, my website is very out of date. Yes, life happened in a big way for what seems like an eternity. Things occurred that were beyond my control. I was overwhelmed with grief at the loss of my mom in February 2025. My parent’s estate needed to be settled. My oldest sister Deb and I have been working diligently to get it settled. And no, we are not finished. I retired from my 40 hour per week job at Cam-Plex on Friday February 13, 2026. Now I feel I have the time to write again. I will be in this space more frequently.
To Whom It May Concern sounds so anonymous. Impersonal. Loose. Cold. I, however mean it as a statement of accountability. A statement of faith. Once again, I will try to post regularly. The statement really isn’t anonymous. The proper punctuation includes caps. Caps prove it can’t be anonymous. Whom is a someone. Whom is anyone who takes a few moments to read this page. To Whom I am speaking: life is short. Enjoy living and surrounding yourself with those Whom you love. Take the time to enjoy each day…each hour….each minute. Slow down. You will accomplish more if you are slow and steady rather than abrupt and sloppy. Apply this principle to your relationships. Take it slow and steady by regular visitation and being accurate in your speech. Your friendships and family relationships will blossom when you purpose your time by what you do and what you say.
I retired from regular employment but Robynn and I are still operating Farsight Investments. Our practice has grown so we are busy, but not too busy to take is slow, steady and accurate. My goal in retirement is to be just this…slow down and perform well for our clients with great attention to detail and accuracy.
Thank you dear reader once again for taking the time to read this little blog. I will be back again soon!
